The Smoked Nib Brittle is made using Olive and Sinclair's cacao beans, “nibs” that have been smoked in our friend Allan Benton’s prized smoked house in Madisonville, TN.
Once immersed in Benton's signature smoke and encased in buttery brittle it's then finished with a layer of O&S fudgy 67% chocolate.
